underwhelming stay

tidy roomstiff neck
the room was clean and tidy, which met my basic expectations.
The pillow was REALLY firm. It reminded me of sleeping on a rock and gave me a stiff neck every day, what a treat. the radiator also made a weird noise all night. It kept me awake.

EXCELLENT Stay!

friendly staffgreat locationreasonable parkingunstable shower
The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. I found the location great for city center access. The parking was reasonably priced. There was plenty of space, SO convenient.
I found that the shower head did not swivel out much. This made showering a bit unstable. I hope this is something they can improve soon.

My room included a super king size bed, ensuring a restful sleep. The room featured large windows that offered plenty of natural light. There was also a modern en-suite bathroom complete with luxury toiletries.
